Orders are shipped via EMS(Express Mail Service), unless otherwise requested. Customers are also welcome to reverse shipping charges to be prepaid by Asahi Spectra. Freight will appear as an item on the commercial invoice.

*Most items will be shipped directly from Asahi Spectra Shipping Center in Tochigi, Japan. However, based on our distributed inventory some items may be directly shipped to you from our USA office.

You are responsible for any excise tax or duty tax that may be due before receiving your merchandise. Asahi Spectra is not responsible for these extra charges that may be incurred.

All products are warranted to meet or exceed published specifications and to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year after delivery during which period Asahi Spectra will replace defective products. This warranty does not cover products which have been used under extreme conditions (extremely high or low temperature, humidity, or UV radiation), improperly handled, cleaned, or stored. Asahi Spectra shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damage arising from the sale.
